Keep an eye on the Nintendo Store app
Nintendo told UK fans restocks will be announced through the Nintendo Store app. The US store just says "check back soon," so it's worth having the app anyway.

Listings are running $700 to nearly $1,000, and at least one seller charged $400 for a photo of the box. It's $519.99 at retail. Be patient.
